Used Books and Art at the Library:

Nearly every month (on the last Thursday), the Friends host a used book and art sale in our basement bookstore. We have thousands of gently used books and some really beautiful art for sale at ridiculously low prices.

Shop for Hardback books, Paperback books, Puzzles, Children Books, Audio Books, DVD's, CD's, and Special Price Books (Alaska collector's books, autographed books, etc).

GRAB BAGS of books bundled together are available for one low price of $5. Each Grab Bag contains about 30 books.

Donate Books and Art:

All of the books and art we sell are donated to us by generous members of the community. If you have books or art that you would like to donate, please feel free to contact us. We would be happy to take them off your hands!

Small donations can be left at the Circulation Desk at the library during regular library hours. If you have a large quantity of books, contact Vicki Johnston-Freese at (907) 262-6221 or email her at kenailibrarian48@gmail.com. She will be happy to meet you at the library back door (by the dumpster) with a cart to help unload your items.

Please DO NOT DUMP items outside of the library. Need a receipt for tax purposes? Just ask.
